Disappear

He went to Panama but no one knew.

He changed his name.

A new identity, he figured, would do the trick.

But it never does the trick.

Because, of course, you take yourself with you wherever you go.

Try as hard as you wish, you can never escape yourself;  your real self.  Which is great, because your real self is good and pure.
